This chapter is pretty much about training. It's the day before the training sessions and the group are eating. Katniss sees one of the Avox girls and remembers her. Then Peeta covers for her saying that it is Delly Cartwright from school. That's when Katniss tells about how she knew the Avox girl. That's pretty much it.
