This chapter is pretty much about when they're with their stylists. This chapter, Katniss meets her stylist, Cinna. Cinna talks to Katniss about her costume. How she will be remembered as the girl on fire. This is, also, the chapter that her and Peeta enter on a chariot in flames and holding hands. At the end of the chapter, Katniss believes that Peeta is just trying to make her an easy target.
